LEC (Experimental Film Laboratory)

Association formed in 2012 by Elena Pardo and Manuel Trujillo, dedicated to the production, curating and dissemination of experimental cinema.

They promote the image in movement and its relation with other artistic formats, through projections and workshops, to create a cinema that expands and challenges the limits of conventional audiovisual language. Above all, we are interested in generating multiple discourses based on the relationship between cinema and art, installation, performance and the art of new media, media art.

They are currently planning the formation of a film laboratory managed by artists (artist run film lab) that has the purpose of giving access to knowledge, processes and technology to the community of creators and interested in experimental cinema.
